Production Capacity & Factory Scale

Hangzhou Leidai  operates a well-equipped manufacturing facility designed to support high-volume and repeat wholesale orders.The factory is a professional footwear manufacturer with a production team of 38 skilled workers. The factory has a daily production capacity of approximately 10,000 pairs of shoes, reaching around 60,000 pairs per week and up to 250,000 pairs per month. Operating 6 days a week and 10 hours per day, the factory maintains a standard lead time of 30–35 days and accepts orders with a minimum quantity of just 50 pairs per style. The company specializes in slippers, indoor shoes, sandals, and casual footwear, offering both OEM and ODM services with flexible customization options including logos, colors, materials, packaging, and embroidery. Equipped with computerized sewing machines, automated cutting lines, and sole-pressing equipment, the factory follows a complete manufacturing process from cutting and stitching to lasting, sole bonding, quality control, and packaging. Strict in-line quality inspections and final AQL checks ensure consistent product quality, while its large finished-goods warehouse supports efficient storage and fast shipment.

Quality Control & Process Management
